Soledad Piñero Misa
Soledad Piñero Misa is Part of More's founder and lead facilitator. She is a highly appreciated keynote speaker, facilitator, and award-winning social entrepreneur.
With over two decades of experience, she has designed and led leadership programs and social innovation initiatives for organizations including the UN, Unilever, Sida, Absolut Vodka, Neo4j, and UNICEF.
Her diverse creative journey spans roles as Social Mission Manager at Ben & Jerry's, CEO of the multi-award-winning social enterprise Retoy (engaging half a million children in circular, rights-based play), and Secretary General of the National Council of Swedish Youth Organizations (LSU). She has served as Chairman of the Red Cross Refugee Center and board member for Skansen and Clowns Without Borders.
As creative director of Not Controversial, she has reached over 80 million on Instagram with collaborative human rights awareness.
Her expertise bridges social innovation, children’s rights, and sustainable business practices, enabling transformation across sectors and cultures.

Roland Williams
Roland Williams is a consultant and author with a proven track record of facilitating positive business impacts through communications. His experience from creative roles at IBM and The Coca-Cola Company in the USA prompted a relocation to Europe where he has helped dozens of cross-functional teams shape or reshape brand narratives to be more inclusive, sustainable, and productive.
His book with Birgitte Stjärne and Albert Bengtson,Principles of Intrapreneurial Capital, is about fostering a culture of exploration to discover and integrate disruptive ideas.
Ola Jubelin
Ola is a digital facilitator and process designer. His recent work involves co-creating innovative initiatives for global learning experiences, collaborating with multi-stakeholders like the UN to address climate and human rights challenges. With a career centered on leadership development, collaborative methodologies, and anti-oppression work, he's contributed to impactful projects like Rättviseförmedlingen and Järvaveckan. Having lived and worked internationally, he holds a Harvard Kennedy School diploma in Leadership, Organizing and Action and offers coaching and training for leadership advancement. Ola's credentials include certification in The Human Element, NLP, and wecreate coaching.
Samson Beshir
With 15 years of diverse experience in rights-based advocacy, Samson Beshir is an acclaimed community organizer, lecturer, and legal representative. His Fellowship Program at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva deepened his grasp of international human rights law. Samson has served as a Project leader at LSU, focusing on sustainable organizational structuring and policy development. Additionally, he is completing an LL.M at Stockholm University, with an emphasis on the Non-Financial Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
Arooj Asif

Arooj brings a calm, structured, and people-centered approach to the heart of Part of More. With a background in quality assurance, cross-cultural collaboration, and administrative leadership, she thrives in environments where detail, trust, and human connection are essential.
Driven by a curiosity about human behaviour and connection, Arooj naturally creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and included. Her expertise spans operational workflows, communication, community engagement, and international collaboration.
At Part of More, she coordinates operations, ensures seamless communication, and contributes to workshops, events, and partnerships, bringing clarity, structure, and empathy to the organisation’s mission.
Maryam Fadaei
With over 25 years of experience in the arts, Maryam has influenced creative education and design across multiple platforms.
An experienced art university lecturer, she has also illustrated 18 children’s books, bringing stories to life with her vibrant visuals. Maryam excels in digital and handmade arts, and her workshops are celebrated for enhancing creativity among children and providing enrichment for educators. Her expertise extends into graphic design, where she has collaborated with various companies to produce visually compelling projects. Dedicated to using art as a transformative tool, Maryam also leads initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the elderly and fostering peace of mind through artistic engagement.

His early years in Jamaica propelled him to study in both Canada and the USA. With a progressive background in healthcare, his skills were enhanced through the disciplines of communication, public speaking, organization, and leadership. As an ambassador of the international organization Friends To Mankind, he is committed to the fullest possible expression of humanity's inherent potential and is delighted to share his knowledge and experiences in this regard.
Humaira Hussain
Humaira, an Imperial College London graduate, has excelled in Sustainability, Business Development, Customer Satisfaction, and Data Protection across various businesses.
With a value-driven approach, she's facilitated change in international commercial settings. Currently serving as Head of Sustainability at Rexel Sverige, her journey includes significant roles such as Sustainability Manager at Etac Group, Senior Sustainability Developer at ICA Gruppen, and Sustainability Manager at Rusta. She has refined skills in strategy development, communication, and solutions implementation, and is also an advisor for various projects and initiatives at Part of More.
Her successes include enhancing supplier sustainability globally, addressing labor and human rights, and fostering environmental awareness.
